Mum and Baby Yoga Class

 

As you have learned during the preparation for childbirth, the recovery phase simply continues naturally, taking into account the special affiliation of mother and baby. In  Mum and Baby Yoga Classes, we pay special attention to healing, recovery, strengthening on the physical and mental plane, and on the closing process that helps to release and close the window that opens with pregnancy, to create a new kind of attachment with the baby.
